KORG MICRO-X 25-KEY COMPACT SYNTH WITH HI SYNTHESIS, 64MB ROM, EFFECTS, AND USB CONNECTIVITY
The Korg microX is one of the most versatile synths available, with a 25-key velocity-sensitive keyboard, 64MB of ROM sample data, 640 programs, 384 combinations, HI synthesis,dual polyphonic argeggiators, studio quality effects and USB connectivity.
The microX uses the same HI synthesis engine that powers the Triton range of workstations, and includes 64MB of onboard ROM containing Korg's best waveforms and samples, loadable into the 640 included programs and 384 combinations with exceptional splits and layers. Four effects can be used simultaneously, one insert effect, two master effects, and one master EQ, chosen from reverbs, choruses, and flangers. The four knobs on the microX panel can be used via the External Control function to control up to twelve parameters on your computer DAW software, soft synths or a hardware sound/effects module. Sixty-four external control templates are provided for popular software synthesizers and DAW programs. The microX includes dual polyphonic argeggiators.
Standalone and plug-in editing software is included with the microX, as well as a USB port for interfacing with computers, four-channel audio output. And if you want more than 25 full-sized keys, just connect a single MIDI cable to your 61 or 88-note keyboard to access the microX's incredible sounds.
